What is on my dining table today ?
Ta...ta....presenting you my new dish - Nestum chicken. I have never cook this before but in my simple mind, it seems to be a dish which is quite easy to prepare. The dish turned up to be quite disappointing because the nestum did not stick to the meat and the meat was a bit dry. Will try again next time.

Yes, i do it the same way, but thought of altering the recipe a bit to make some gravy.Will do some experiment before sharing the recipe..Hey thanks for the award. So touched to receive it.
